  1. Open app.gromaai.com in Chrome.
  2. Tap the three-dot menu at the top right.
  3. Choose «Install app».

iPhone and iPad

  1. Open app.gromaai.com in Safari.
  2. Tap the Share button in the bottom bar.
  3. Choose «Add to Home Screen».

Computer

  1. Open app.gromaai.com in Chrome or Edge.
  2. In the address bar, select the «Install» icon.
  3. It stays on your desktop, in its own window.

Common questions

Is the subscription per practice or per person?

Per practice. You sign in with one account and everyone who works there can use it: there is no fee per architect. What grows with use are the AI credits, which are bought separately.

What are AI credits?

The text the artificial intelligence writes. Each plan includes a number of them every month and, if they run out, the software keeps working in full: it just stops writing them for you.

Can I try it before paying?

Yes: thirty days' trial with the whole programme. A card is asked for to set the practice up, but nothing is charged until the trial ends.

What happens if I stop paying?

You do not lose anything overnight. For ninety days you can still sign in, look at everything and download your documents and reports; we email you seven days before.

Who can see my projects?

Only you and whoever you invite to a site. Your clients' data never leaves the server towards the artificial intelligence.

Do I need to install anything?

No. Both programmes run in your computer's browser, and Site Visits also on the phone and tablet, out on site.
